Project Overview

Jervis Gym organizes the daily work of a gym across a member website, an operations dashboard and an administration app. Staff can manage customers and coaches, plan sessions, record attendance and follow training activity.

The member portal includes a store, order history, support tickets and notifications. The dashboards cover employee and salary views, orders, reports and data import/export, with navigation and access tailored to each role.

The Challenge

  • Give members, coaches and administrators interfaces suited to their tasks.
  • Connect training plans and attendance with daily operations.
  • Keep orders and support accessible from the member portal.
  • Support Arabic and English with role-based access.

How we built it

A pnpm workspace separates the member website and both dashboards. The Vue 3 interfaces use Vite, Pinia, Vue Router and Vue I18n. Functional modules group the screens for users, coaches, sessions, attendance, employees, orders and reports.
